KSM Scholarship

Kevin Starks Memorial Scholarship is in memorial of Kevin Starks MBA, one of the founders and long time committee members of SDCEPD. Starting in 2009, the year after Mr. Starks passed, the SDCEPD has been able to give scholarships to individuals annual to support them while they attend post-secondary education leading them to improving their employment opportunities.

The 2020 Springboard Foundation Scholarship

The Springboard Foundation is proud to extend scholarships to full-time undergraduate college/university students who have documented disabilities of any type that are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act and/or the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. To qualify, the scholarship recipient has to be attending a college or university across the United States and has to be currently registered with their Colleges/Universities disability services office.

The Matthew Paul Finnigan Memorial Scholarship

Autism Society of California is offering one non-renewable $1,500 and one $500 scholarship to a graduating high school senior or college student who graduated from a California High School with an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis.
The scholarship may be applied to tuition, room and board, books, supplies, and other necessary expenses related to attendance in post-secondary studies.
