Welcome back to campus! The OSD has several updates for you so we hope you will read through the entire newsletter.


Moving to a New Location

First, the OSD is in the process of moving to a new location. We vacated our space in University Center 202 and will be working remotely during the Fall Quarter while we renovate our new home on the 3rd Floor of Pepper Canyon Hall. This Able

Join Zina Patel, a current undergraduate student, and her team who have developed a platform called This Able, a nonprofit that seeks to empower those with disabilities and create an inclusive community. Delta Alpha Pi

Accessibility Awareness Video Series

The campus Electronic Accessibility Oversight Committee is working on a series of videos for campus highlighting the importance of providing access. See the first video at and scroll down to “Why Captions are Essential.”

Update Your Consent Form

If you have not already done so, please update your Consent form for this year and return it to The form is downloadable and fillable and may be found on our website at Consent forms are valid from July 1, 2021 – June 2022.

Reserved Seats

And finally, for Registrar controlled classroom space, they have placed “reserved” seat signs on several seats throughout each classroom. If you have a reserved seat as an accommodation, feel free to use one of these spaces.
